Internal Customer Service Administrator (Toronto)

Responsibilities

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  1. Customer Service

 

  • Answering/Returning phone calls and emails from customers or internal staff members
  • Solving customer service inquiries
  • Assisting Cart Make Up with quota adjustments
  • Following up with senior staff members to ensure completion of tasks
  • Creating cart/bag order signs
  • Maintaining several Excel spreadsheets and verifying data
  • Other duties as required

 

 

  1. Office Administration
  • Prepare daily customer poundage tracking spreadsheet
  • Prepare daily driver hours tracking spreadsheet
  • Assist in preparing customer invoices
  • Filing
  • Other duties as required

Position Summary

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS

 

This position reports to the Controller, Customer Service Managers and liaises with the Production Team

 

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

 

Hours of Work and Schedule:

Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday from 8:00a.m – 4:30p.m.

Job Skills Required

Experience:

  • A minimum of 1 year administration and customer service experience a strong asset

 

Knowledge, Skills and Ability:

  • Interpersonal skills; team player
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to display analytical, interpretive, observational, and decision making skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Internet, and E-mail Applications
