K-Bro has experience processing linen for a variety of different industry sectors including airlines, cruise ships, correctional facilities, oil camps and many others. The requirements of each industry sector are varied and K-Bro embraces and promotes a service program that is flexible, comprehensive, adaptable and innovative, enabling the customer to maintain control over the program’s overall direction.

At K-Bro, Customer Service is paramount, therefore we have dedicated Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) who visit each unit/department on a weekly basis. The CSRs are responsible for reporting back customer issues and ensuring that production addresses any concerns. Through site visits, committee involvement and user feedback, the priorities will be established, confirmed with the customer, then enacted with the end-users.
