K-Bro Operating Room Services (KOR) provides hospitals with a complete pack rental program, including combination packs, gown packs, and an assortment of single wrapped items used in surgical procedures.

K-Bro technology creates significant cost savings, by allowing OR requirements - such as surgical gowns and drapes - to be used rather than disposed. On-site inventory, handling, storage and disposal costs are reduced.

QUALA for quality control

KOR services use Quality Assurance Linen Administration system (QUALA), which is outstanding in the industry. High value linen is labeled with a QUALA bar code to track its location and complete history - including quality control checks and repairs. QUALA assures compliance with stringent regulatory standards and accuracy of pack assembly.

QUALA tracks and analyses trends that signal line abuse or loss for high-value linens and packs.

Service

A key element of KOR services is our ability to understand clients' needs. The program is managed by a Registered Nurse with both operating room and CS/SPD experience.

Textiles

The most advance OR textiles are used, including high technology micro-fibres and laminated membrane fabrics such as GORETM Surgical Barrier Fabric.
