Effective Customer Service Visitations |
At K-Bro, we are focused on our healthcare customers achieving their goal to reduce linen usage. To support this, we have dedicated Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) who visits each area/department on a regular basis. The CSRs primary focus is to work with our customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Through the use of K-BIS reporting, the CSR is able to identify areas of high usage, low returns, etc. and will work closely with hospital staff to suggest a recommended solution.
In addition, the CSRs are responsible for reporting back customer issues and ensuring follow-up to a successful conclusion. Through site visits, committee involvement and user feedback, it’s our goal to ensure linen users needs are being met.
