Responsibilities

 

K-Bro Linen Systems is the largest provider of laundry and linen services to the healthcare and hospitality sector in Canada and one of the largest in the UK.  As a publicly traded company (KBL), we have built five new state-of-the-art facilities over the last 7 years and continually reinvest millions of dollars per year in all of our facilities.

We are actively seeking an Customer Service Manager for our newly built commercial laundry facility (2017), located at 6045 Freemont Blvd, Mississauga.

 

 

Position Summary

Job description:

  • We are looking for a dedicated, experienced, hands-on individual who is able to provide unsurpassed quality to our customers while maintaining the highest customer retention rates in the industry.
  • To further strengthen our customer commitment in Toronto, we are seeking a Customer Service Manager.
  • As the successful candidate you will be the primary liaison between the customers and our production team.
  • Meeting with our customers on a regular basis, you will provide valuable information, feedback and be able to directly address customer needs.
  • The Customer Service Manager will monitor customer service trends to make improvements and assist in developing standards and processes to continuously evaluate the service experience.

 

Job Skills Required

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three years experience in customer service.
  • Energetic and detail oriented with a passion for providing excellent service and quality.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong hands-on work ethic.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for travel in and around the GTA and surrounding area.
  • Working knowledge of computers including Microsoft Office applications.
