  • Provide general administrative support to Customer Service Management Team
  • Proactively coordinate offsite operations and logistics in order to meet customers’ needs
  • Handle communications with customers in a proactive and professional manner
  • Update CSM reports on a daily basis
  • Manage and follow up on supply requests from customers
  • Respond to and follow up on customer calls and emails
  • Replenish CSM supplies via ordering from Purchasing
  • Assist with general communication (phone, emails, and in person) with offsite staff
  • Assist the CSM Team with other duties and responsibilities as needed

K-Bro Linen Systems has been a Canadian leader in laundry and linen services since 1954. We are currently seeking a Full-Time Customer Service / Administrative Assistant to support our Customer Service Management team based out of our production facility located at 401-8340 Fraser Reach Court in Burnaby, BC.

Job Skills Required

  • Degree or diploma in Business Administration, secretarial studies or relevant areas
  • Previous relevant office administration experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external parties
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Result-oriented and proactive problem solver
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Enjoy working in fast-paced environment
